I was tasked with designing a visual or concrete statement inspired by one of the cities described in Italo Calvino's Invisible Cities. The design needed to function as an event poster for "The Society for Visual Language 2016 International Conference."
My interpretation of this city was the idea that you'll never find what you're looking for if you don't know what you're looking for. This idea is expressed with a word find where the items in the word bank are more general terms for what's actually in the puzzle. You're not going to find the information unless you have a specific idea of what you're looking for.
